Happy Foster Mother’s Day!

I remember the days of foster parenting. Mother's Day was always very emotional and I shed many a tear. Although I was filling in the gap even if just temporarily I was doing everything a mother does. Foster parents are often not recognized on these days. Cute cards and gifts made at church and school rightly go to birth parents which is important too. Anyway, I feel compelled to post a Happy Mother's Day to all current foster moms and you are valuable. Thank you for standing in the gap for families. Happy Foster Mother's Day! You are needed.
